Earth Design Associates, Inc. (EDA) is a full service consulting engineering firm providing geotechnical, civil, environmental, and natural resource management expertise on projects across the country and across the globe.
Since its inception, EDA has performed under the guiding principle that high quality, cost-effective engineering is a service that EDA and its clients can both profit from. EDA consistently met its mission by developing innovative and practical solutions to client needs, providing timely deliverables, and striving for total client satisfaction.
EDA is under the leadership of Dr. Ignatius O. Okonkwo, the founding principal, a licensed Professional Engineer, a licensed Professional Geologist, and a graduate of Purdue University. He has over 30 years of global experience in the fields of engineering and natural resources management. He served on technical committee on Soil Improvement of the Geo-Institute of the American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE).
